An exhaust system is one of the first upgrades we recommend for improved performance and lower exhaust gas temperatures for your diesel truck. The muffler restrictions in factory systems remove noise, but create back pressure and raise exhaust temperatures. ATS Diesel Dual PulseFlow Exhaust Systems feature a “straight through” design. The ATS Diesel 4″ Dual Exhaust System Cat Back is a Dual-wound, triple-mesh fiber component allowing for maximum performance and awesome sound! Our exhaust systems can drop exhaust temperature as much as 200°F over the stock exhaust, with a 10-30+ horsepower gain.

If you have a dual stainless exhaust system, install our dual chamber muffler and benefit from twice the pressure drop, and even lower EGTs.

ATS PulseFlow exhaust systems feature: 4″ mandrel bent 409 stainless tubing from the turbo back. Over 1″ clearance down the back of the firewall. Polished stainless muffler. 5″ diameter, slash-cut end with radius roll, 24′ length, polished 304-type stainless tips that can be positioned to any custom length and clamped into position.
