One of the many benefits of installing these shocks on your truck is the twin-tube construction that helps allows for more oil capacity and cuts down on shock fade.

Engineered for long life and durability

A heavy duty piston seal and rapidity responsive valving stack are encased in the shocks and are paired with a chrome piston shaft that will prolong the life and durability of your shocks. These shocks provide added strength by means of adding polyurethane bushings and shock boots. The Daystar 2.5″ Lift Front Scorpion Shock Absorbers are intended for use with the well known Daystar Comfort Lift and Leveling and Leveling kits calling for longer shocks. They are sold in kits and or by themselves as replacements.

Features of the Daystar 4wd Shocks

These shocks are engineered to prevent foaming and shock fade under the most rigorous of conditions. The piston shafts are manufactured from chrome-hardened material increasing durability. Included in the package are black bushings and boots. One of a kind camouflage color gives these shocks a more rugged look.

The PPE Xcelerator Economy Tuner is designed to be used for the 2001-2009 6.6L GM Duramax. The PPE Xcelerator Economy Tuner is a chip tuner. Chip tuning means adjusting an EPROM chip in your trucks ECU. Tuners improve fuel economy, performance, and makes for cleaner emissions. Today’s vehicles chips can be tuned by updating their software on the internal computer by means of a standard interface. One example of this is the OBDII. This is where the name chip tuning comes from.  A tuner tweaks the ignitions timing advance. Higher timing generally means better performance. Bullet Proof Oil Cooler

The Bullet Proof Diesel Oil Cooler System is for 2003-2004 Excursion and F-Series Ford Powerstroke Diesel Air-to-cool and mounts behind the A/C condenser.

What comes in the Bullet Proof Oil Cooler kit?

This kit contains all hoses. They are constructed of super tough 5/8 inch Hydraulic hose. A complete gasket kit and a large Spin-on, simple to service engine oil filter are included as well as a made to fit oil transfer block. The mounting bracket with all the hardware and detailed instructions make for an easy install job.

Benefits of the Bullet Proof Oil Cooler system

The Bullet Proof Oil Cooler kit eliminates blockage of the engine cooler caused by sand and dirt getting into your coolant. It will also stop the engine cooler from bursting and saturating the cooling system with engine oil. This system will help to halt injection and turbo failure, and early engine wear caused by improperly filtered and burnt oil. Another benefit of this product is a better functioning EGR cooler that protects against a large loss of oil pressure because of a non-operational oil filter housing drain valve. The high pressure oil pump filter screen in this system prevents HPOP failure and maximizes coolant flow to the EGR cooler eliminating the risk of overheating. Finally, this kit prevents coolant reservoir venting due to flash boiling in the EGR cooler that can cause some serious problems.

What is an oil cooler?

In a Turbo system, oil flows thru the unit to cool the turbocharger.  The turbo charger is powered by exhaust gases, therefore it can reach a very high temperature.  In vehicles powered by a turbo, oil will run at a higher temperature than in a stock engine. If the temps get up to where the oil film fails then you are going to have some serious problems. The oil cooler allows for a higher oil capacity and in turn keeps your engine running at optimal temps.

ASM HID Xenon Fog Light 43K White

HID stands for High Intensity Discharge. It signifies the lighting technology that depends on an electrical charge to ignite xenon gas encapsulated in a sealed bulb. One of the many advantages of HID lighting is that it does not contain a filament. Instead it generates light by igniting an arc between two electrodes.Halogen bulbs do contain a filament and have an average life of about a year. HID bulbs are capsules filled with gas with an average lifespan of about 3 to 5 years! HID lights use around 35 watts whereas the Halogen lights use about 55 so the HID lights will take less power from your truck.

HID lights name originated from the penetrating white light given off by electrical discharge. They are also called xenon lamps and that refers to the gas encased in the lamp. HID lighting is used in many stadiums so you get the idea when we say this lighting is intense!

The PPE Duramaximizer was designed exclusively for the 2001-2002 Duramax Diesel engine. It can provide up to 100hp and 180ft. lbs of torque and its as easy to attain as turning a knob! The Duramaximizer offers load sensing smoke-free operation. It also aides in the  maintaining of exhaust gas temps which can cut down on the amount of downshifting you need to do while towing.

Use with the Xcelerator programmer for added horsepower

The duramaximizer offers the most power available without changing the factory PCM, internal parts, or your trucks exhaust system. It also presents a complex processor encased in a heavy duty aluminum cover. If you’re a horsepower junkie and the Duramaximizer dosen’t just isnt enough, use you can add the Xcelerator programmer from PPE.

What does the Duramaximizer do?

Toolbox and Fuel tank in one

The Transfer Flow Toolbox Refueling Tank Combo 50 Gal is fitted only for long bed pickup trucks. This 50 gallon tank is perfect for manually filling your tank as well as filling other vehicles. These toolbox fuel tank combos are pre-assembled with a 12 volt pump fitted into the locking storage compartment. The fuel nozzle is mounted on the outside of the toolbox and includes an eight foot hose.

Tons of space in the storage compartment

The storage area is 8 cubic feet! This is about twice the amount of room as the 30 gallon version of this product. Tanks are constructed of 14 gauge aluminized steel for the most resistance available for strength and to aid in fighting rust and corrosion. The tanks are mounted inside the case of the toolbox. Transfer Flow baffled to cut down on fuel sloshing. A riser kit is also available from Transfer Flow that will let you store layers of plywood or sheet rock under the tank. What are tie rods?

A tie rod is a part of the steering device in your truck. Basically, a tie rod is a thin rod used as a structure tie and only rated for tensile strength. They convert force from the steering center link of the steering knuckle triggering the wheel to turn. The outer tie rod end connects to a modifying sleeve which is what is regulated to set a trucks alignment angle. The tie rods are usually constructed thicker at the ends so they don’t become compromised when threads are cut into it.

Quality construction for safety

Yearly inspection of your trucks steering and suspension is recommended as well as a wheel alignment. A damaged tie rod can cause crazy steering, tire wear, or cause your truck to be all over the road. Tie rods are most recommended for off road conditions but can be used for any application. Pacbrake tie rods are constructed of steel instead of the cast iron stock rods to prevent bending or breaking and improves front wheel traction in 4WD vehicles.

How do you break a tie rod?

One reason for a broken tie rod is if your torsion bars have been moved up and the front end is raised. This puts the tie rods at an angle so when you take off in a 4WD the wheel can get forced to the inside then push against the tie rod. If its not parallel then it takes the brunt of the force its getting in the other direction, and snap there goes your tie rod. Tie Rod Sleeves are suggested for even further reinforcement for tie rods especially in off road applications.

The Titan Multi-Model Utility Diesel Tank is a frame mounted, aft-axle tank for some Ford cab and chassis trucks and E-Series vans with diesel engines. This tank was fabricated using military grade polyethylene and is well-matched with most bio-diesel fuels. Titan multi-model diesel fuel tanks eliminate the problem of lining malfunction and decomposition in most steel OEM tanks. Construction was intended to be light in weight and super sturdy. It introduces a drain plug for easy maintenance. Titan Diesel Fuel Tanks feature a rollover vent valve and hose and even fits right in where your old tank using the original sending unit. Tank size holds 40 gallons.

Garrett GT42R

What comes with the PPE turbo kit?

The PPE GT42R Series Turbo Kit w/ Garrett GT42R Turbo includes a high performance C117 Compressor and a UHP Turbine and brings GT Ball Bearing operation to the 700Hp group. The Garrett GT42R comes with a V-band turbine outlet flange and a T4 turbine inlet flange. The turbo pedestal included in this system is intended for use with aftermarket turbos 01-07 Duramax trucks LB7,LLY,and LBZ 42 turbos and smaller. Constructed with a high velocity tubular design and an optional spacer plate for larger turbos (42 series and larger) makes this the perfect fit no matter what size you need.  Making this kit complete is the included mandrel bent three and a half inch diameter down pipe! All parts needed for installation are included also.

How does a turbocharger work?

The main benefit of installing a turbo is, of course, more power and better performance. The turbo increases the amount of air that enters the engine. It is driven by the engine’s crankshaft through a gear train and an overriding clutch, delivering aspiration for combustion. After combustion is achieved and exhaust gases get up the correct temperature, the overriding clutch extricates the turbocharger from the gear train and the turbo-compressor is operated solely by the turbine which is propelled by the exhaust gases.

What kinds of performance gains can I expect after installing my turbocharger?

A larger turbo will provide more air, which in turn keeps the engine cool resulting in more power, torque and a better running engine. The more air your engine gets, the better it will perform and extend the life of you truck. More air has always equaled more power and that hasn’t changed.
