ATS Diesel Aurora Twin (Compound) Turbo Kit

A combination of the Aurora 3000 and 5000 turbo systems, the ATS Diesel Aurora Twin (Compound) Turbo Kit is designed for a twin compound configuration. Each turbo complements the others performance, providing quick spool-up and delivering massive power. Using the existing Dodge Cummins® factory components, the compound turbo installs easily and without interference.

There are no welded flanges or pipes with ATS cast components. The custom-designed internal waste gate allows the large turbo to be securely mounted and center-lined with the factory exhaust. You don’t need additional equipment or components to use this system.

ATS Diesel Twin CP3 Injection Pump Kit

 

 

The ATS Diesel Twin CP3 Kit for Dodge Cummins can be used on any Cummins motor ranging from a daily driver to competition use and is a MUST with high horsepower applications. A single CP3 injection pump can only supply a so much fuel before it becomes inefficient and unable to supply the commanded amount of fuel which causes both volume and pressure to drop. This will result in power loss, High EGT’s and decreased pump life.

Adding the ATS Twin CP3 Kit to your Cummins will supply the motor with the correct amount of fuel pressure that is being commanded by the ECM throughout the entire rpm range. ATS Twin CP3’s will flow enough fuel to allow the use of competition injector nozzles without setting a “Low Fuel Rail Pressure” code.

You do not have to sacrifice drivability for your horsepower needs with the ATS Twin CP3 kit.

ATS Diesel 4″ Dual Exhaust System Cat Back

An exhaust system is one of the first upgrades we recommend for improved performance and lower exhaust gas temperatures for your diesel truck. The muffler restrictions in factory systems remove noise, but create back pressure and raise exhaust temperatures. ATS Diesel Dual PulseFlow Exhaust Systems feature a “straight through” design. The ATS Diesel 4″ Dual Exhaust System Cat Back is a Dual-wound, triple-mesh fiber component allowing for maximum performance and awesome sound! Our exhaust systems can drop exhaust temperature as much as 200°F over the stock exhaust, with a 10-30+ horsepower gain.

If you have a dual stainless exhaust system, install our dual chamber muffler and benefit from twice the pressure drop, and even lower EGTs.

ATS PulseFlow exhaust systems feature: 4″ mandrel bent 409 stainless tubing from the turbo back. Over 1″ clearance down the back of the firewall. ATS Diesel Co-Pilot Transmission Controller

.

After the addition of the Co-Pilot transmission system, the clutch packs receive approximately 230 PSI, allowing the transmissions clutch packs to receive full line pressure (clamping force needed to apply the clutches) during high power situations. With the simple addition of our Co-Pilot transmission kit pushing the available line pressure to the clutch packs, we have designed a system that increases the torque capacity of the Allison transmission by over 200 foot pounds. This kit makes it possible to transfer 100% of the power developed by a modified engine to the rear wheels without causing the transmission to slip and the “fail safe” condition to occur.

When the ATS Billet transmission is installed in addition to the Co-Pilot, the clutch pack pressures are around 290 PSI during high power conditions which is a 170% hydraulic increase in torque capacity. This increased pressure is only in effect during high engine torque output unlike other mechanical kits that do not use electronic controls. This removes the concern of excessive pressure on vital transmission parts such as delivery rings, drums and shafts during normal operation. There were great concerns during development of this kit to ensure long transmission life along with providing great performance. If more holding force is needed beyond what this kit supplies, the Billet transmission is a better option.

Co-Pilot Features and Benefits:

• More effective than any “shift kit” – Pressure increases more than double what shift kits will do without harsh or erratic shifting!

• User selectable “Race Mode” which forces lockup after the 1-2 shift while maintaining full line pressure

ATS Diesel Head Stud Kit

This ATS Diesel Head Stud Kit is intended for extreme applications. 14mm, H-11, 240 KSI+. ATS Head Studs are a must when running a large turbo. Boost pressures above 45PSI can actually lift the heads causing a head gasket blowout and can be a real inconvenience.

ATS Head Studs are made from a very high quality and high strength H11 steel which will keep your Duramax’s heads where they belong even under high boost pressures. These head studs can be installed without removing the heads as long as the torque sequence and procedures are followed.

The ATS Diesel ArcFlow Intake Manifold is smooth, non restrictive air flow design increases intake efficiency, air velocity and eliminates air turbulence, increasing throttle response, horsepower, torque and fuel economy. The Arc Flow has been dyno tested, verses the stock air intake, and has proven to provide gains of up to 19 horsepower and 57 foot pounds of torque.
