S&B Filters Cast Aluminum Elbow Intakes

S&B manufactures their Intake Elbows out of cast aluminum because they believe you need a part that delivers extreme performance without the risk of it bursting in the field. While we too liked the idea of using a composite material to make our elbows, trust us, it’s not worth the risk.

The smooth design of the S&B Intake Elbow significantly improves the airflow after the intercooler. The result is denser air delivering more power and better fuel economy.

S&B’s Intake Elbows include 1/8″ NPT ports for simple gauge and power adder installation. S&B taps all the ports on our CNC machines, so you can be assured of a perfect fitment without scraping your knuckles. If it leaks, you lose power. Whenever possible, S&B utilizes an o-ring to seal the elbow and provided worry free operation for the long haul. While many competitors insert bolts through the air chamber to secure their elbow, S&B kept it clear to provide you with the best possible airflow.
