BD Diesel Product Innovation:

With over 30 years of experience, BD Diesel has created 8 specialty divisions that focus on diesel power train components. It is the creativity fro each of these divisions that still maintains BD as an innovator of quality performance products.

• Exhaust Brake Manufacturing:  BD built their reputation on exhaust brakes, and today it designs, assembles and tests both engine and remote mount systems, either air or vacuum actuated. Featuring a rugged cast iron body and a stainless steel butterfly valve and shaft assembly, BD’s exhaust brakes incorporate exclusive Variable Orifice Technology.
• Electronic Brake Manufacturing: Today’s electronically controlled diesel engines require precise management, not only for maximum performance, but also dependability and improved fuel economy. BD’s knowledge of engine and transmission electronics, along with a full testing facility, ensures consistent quality in all products.
• Transmission/Torque Converter Design & Remanufacturing:  Increased horsepower and torque necessitate transmission modifications to ensure reliable operation. That’s why BD specializes in Ford, Dodge, and GM truck transmissions.
• Turbocharger Design:  With the BD name on it, a turbo is no longer just a turbo anymore. BD Diesel Performance is an engineering test facility for industry leaders Borg Warner/Schwitzer and Garrett. As a result, BD leads the industry with its Dodge Cummins, Ford Powerstroke, and GM Duramax turbo systems.
• Product Design and CNC Precision Machining:  BD’s engineering division designs components utilizing tools such as a Faro Measuring Instrument and a 3D Prototype Printer to aide in proper fitment. The components are completed in their Machine Ship that is equipped with 5 CNC Vertical and Horizontal turning centers. Quality and quantity are controlled with in the company’s facilities.
• Factory Installation, Calibration, and Vehicle Repair Center:  BD has a fully equipped, full size vehicle repair center that along with our 1500hp Mustang Dyno has the latest in scanning equipment to tackle everything from installing BD products to calibrating your vehicle for optimal performance and efficiency to general maintenance and repairs. Our service bays can facilitate everything from cars up to large motor homes.

ANSA and Silverline Warranties

EachANSA Silverline product purchased from an authorized ANSA Automotive dealer comes with a limited warranty. When used under normal operating conditions, Silverline products have warranties that begin on the date of original purchase and are effective for the duration listed below, with a valid sales receipt:

What does the warranty cover?

The Silverline warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. The sole and exclusive obligation under the warranty is limited to the exchange or replacement in accordance with the limited warranty.

 What doesn’t the warranty cover?

TheSilverline warranty does not cover products that have been:

1. Altered, modified, reworked, improperly applied or installed.
2. Damaged due to vehicle modifications or accident.
3. Installed on vehicles used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes.

Please Note: ANSA Silverline warranties are not assignable or otherwise transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user of the product and any sale or other transfer of the product shall void this warranty and ANSA Automotive shall thereafter have no further liability or obligation with regards thereto.
