A Diesel Particulate Filter, sometimes called a DPF, is a device designed to remove diesel particulate matter or soot from the exhaust gas of a diesel engine. Wall flow diesel particulate filters usually remove 85% or more of the soot. A diesel powered vehicle equipped with functioning filter will emit no visible smoke from its exhaust pipe.

The new Rapid Flow High Performance Ceramic Coated Exhaust from Bully Dog Technologies uses a coating rather than stainless steel to produce a high quality exhaust product, higher quality in fact than any stainless steel.

Appearance: The ceramic coating has a very attractive luster that improves the appearance of the exhaust system.  It will maintain that luster for the life of the vehicle and beyond with minimal mainte­nance.  The polished aluminum look stands up to extreme temperatures and will not discolor like stainless or chrome.  Every exhaust also comes with a high quality ceramic coated exhaust tip to complete the package.

Performance: This coating provides better laminar flow than any other exhaust available in the aftermarket whether it is stainless steel, a larger diameter, or dual. This coating greatly reduces thermal radiation to take exhaust flow to a near maximum.

Longevity: The coating greatly protects the substrate against thermal fatigue and corrosion. The coating comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

CTS Diesel Evolution:
The Evolution CTS in-cab monitor and digital gauge display is a full-color, high-resolution 4.3-inch touch screen device. The CTS has all the features of a CS but also comes equipped with a video-in port allowing users to connect to Edge’s state-of-the-art back-up camera (sold separately including night vision and locking license plate mount) or any compatible off-the-shelf backup camera or video source.
