The aFe intercooler tube represents the next generation of Diesel performance products. This intercooler tube outflows the factory intercooler tube by 40%. Not only will you get increased performance but you will also see lower EGT’s and increased MPG. This tube includes two 1/8″ NPT bungs for additional sensor or injection ports.

This intercooler tube is constructed of 3″ mandrel bent stainless steel for smooth air flow transition and increased power and comes complete with 4-ply heavy duty couplings and constant tension T-bolt clamps for a tight and secure installation.

Fully sealed in a durable roto-molded air box, this air intake system features the Pro-GUARD 7 washable/reusable, high filtration conical air filter that improves airflow resulting in up to 28 hp and 54 lbs x ft of torque. This Afe cold Air intake system also features a heat-insulating molded plastic tube and a unique turbo adapter that funnels air into the turbo for improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. In addition, this system features an innovative scoop over the battery that efficiently channels additional air from the front grille into the air box. The pre-oiled filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Utilizing factory mounting points, this system is easy to assemble and easy to install.

• Welded on Hangers: Every hanger is thoroughly welded on each side to ensure a stronger connection, compared to other manufactures who use only inferior floating hangers.
• Band style clamps: Premium-quality band clamps are used on critical joints to provide the tightest, leak-free seal possible. Other systems use common, less expensive U-bolt clamps.
• Mandrel Bent: All afe tubing is 100% mandrel bent. Mandrel bending ensures that tubing maintains its shape and size, providing smooth, unrestricted airflow. Standard tubing can lose as much as 20% of its diameter in sharp bends.
