The Bladerunner intake manifold represents the next generation in intake manifold design. The Bladerunner intake manifold uses a unique MDV (Multiple Directional Vane) technology to guide the air through the manifold maximizing air flow. Constructed out of cast A356-T6 aluminum and uses a proprietary internal bolt design to help increase the flow and provide a solid seal void of leaks or deformities. the Bladerunner comes with up to 5 ports for nitrous injections, gauges and other accessories used by hardcore enthusiasts.
Stock intake manifolds have sharp bends and corners. As air flows around these corners, dead air zones are created. These dead air zones choke down the air and restrict airflow to your engine.

This kit progressively injects more or less water-methanol, according to manifold boost pressure. The system is applicable for turbo diesels making up to 25 psi of boost pressure. It has two dials to set the start and full points to tailor the delivery to your engines needs. Stage 2 Diesel Boost Cooler

These kits work on exactly the same principle as the Stage 1 kits, except that the controllers are heavier duty and can read up to 100psi of turbo boost. This is the typical starting point for a mildly modified modern 3/4 or 1 ton truck with an aftermarket exhaust, intake and chip or programmer. It is capable enough for trucks running large or compound turbo systems as well. These kits allow for great horsepower increases and EGT reductions – expect about 70hp and 250 degree F EGT drop. Stage 3 Diesel Boost Cooler

The Stage 3 Diesel Boost Coolers are some of the most comprehensive water-methanol injection kits Snow Performance makes. This controller senses not only manifold boost pressure but also exhaust gas temperatures. Using two inputs allows for the smoothest injection control. More importantly, it also keeps the EGTs as low as possible – if they begin to climb, even if the boost stays constant, the Stage 3 controller will read this and inject more water-methanol to compensate. The adjustments to the delivery on the fly are accomplished with two easy-to-use push buttons, allowing for more or less injection, or switching from both boost & EGT referenced injection (smoothest, best for towing and EGT control) to just boost referenced injection (most responsive, best for performance and racing). Stage 3 MPG-MAX Diesel Boost Cooler

New from Snow Performance is the only system proven to increase fuel economy in all load states – empty or while towing. Special mapping and the most sophisticated 2d digital controller available result in 1-3 MPG increases! The MPG-MAX system does not require a sustained high load state in order to provide maximum fuel economy gains. The MPG-MAX system uses a new injection management controller that allows for a small, steady spray of water/methanol to be injected across the entire power curve, at anything over normal cruising boost. This provides an increase in combustion efficiency which provides more power without injecting more diesel fuel. This increase in efficiency translates into an increase in fuel economy. Typical fuel economy increases are 10%-15% or 1-3 MPG.

The MPG-MAX system has a secondary output that is used to activate a Power Mode. The more sophisticated microprocessor introduces a independently mapped second stage of injection. A larger nozzle is used to inject more fluid to make more power. The Power Mode activation point is adjustable for best performance. The net effect is smooth power in all engine load states with no combustion quench resulting in a true turn-on-and-forget system.

It also now has a brighter Green LCD screen that displays boost, EGTs, and injection pump output. This means a savings of $200-$300 in gauges you do not have to buy.Will not adversely affect particulate matter filter like most other power adders

A programmer is the secret to unlocking the performance potential of your diesel truck.  Superchips Flashpaq  is an easy purchase choice when you compare horsepower improvements and ease of installation to common under hood upgrades. Trinity T-1000 from DiabloSport

1. Virtual Gauge Monitor
The Trinity T-1000 from DiabloSport is one of the most advanced diagnostic tuning devices on the market today. With over 100MB of on board memory devoted solely to recording and playing back diagnostic PID/DMR data, it allows users to record hours and hours of continuous data streams directly from the vehicle’s PCM/ECM.

The Trinity interprets PID and DMR data received from the OBD-II Diagnostic port on your vehicle and converts it into a readable format: A Virtual Gauge! Individual user customization is one of Trinitys most recognizable features.

2. Performance Programmer
The Trinitys tuning options vary depending on the vehicle that is being tuned. Gasoline powered vehicles feature tunes based on minimum octane ratings while Diesels are based on Horse Power Ratings.

Diesel Tuning: Diesel trucks have massive horsepower and torque potential that can be unlocked just by programming the vehicle’s PCM or Powertrain Control Module. Your application may have tunes for any of the following, plus more!

Towing: This setting is generally a of 40-60 HP and an average of 100 Ft/Lbs of torque (depending on application) and is for use when towing heavy loads near the applications factory towing capacity. This setting is designed to increase drivability while towing, net extra economy when cruising at highway speeds, and is helpful when driving through mountains while towing.

Economy: Adds between 60-100 HP and 180-200 Ft/Lbs of Torque, economy gains average in the 2-3 MPG range (Highway)! This setting is not designed for heavy towing- limits are in the range of 6,000-8,000 pounds depending on your vehicle’s stock towing capacity. DiabloSport highly recommends the use of an aftermarket cold air intake and exhaust (4 inch diameter at the down pipe).

Extreme: This tune adds anywhere from 100-185 horsepower and 220+ Ft/Lbs of torque and is specifically for peeling out down the strip! DiabloSport recommends only using the extreme tuning options if you have an exhaust and cold air intake due to a possible increase in EGT.

3. Diagnostic Code Reader
Trinity can also be used as a diagnostic code reader. Save yourself hundreds of dollars each year reading/clearing your own computer codes rather than paying a dealer to do the same. Its as easy as a few simple steps.

Step 1: From the main menu of the Trinity select “Diagnostics” Select “Show Trouble Codes” to show the last trouble codes your vehicles PCM displayed.

Step 2: Press the desired trouble code to see a full text description of that code.

Step 3: Once you have seen the trouble codes listed in your vehicles computer, you will want to clear them. In order to do this, press the back button on the right hand side of your Trinity’s screen and select “Clear Trouble Codes” from the trouble codes menu. The Trinity will then display that the faults have been cleared! Press continue…

Step 4: You have now cleared all trouble codes from your vehicles computer!

Quadzilla Boost Fooler for Dodge Cummins 5.9L and 6.7L Trucks

boost_fooler_ad If you are towing heavy loads, using a downloader/programmer or if you are just running modified injectors on your 1998.5-2009 5.9L or 6.7L Dodge Cummins, then the Quadzilla Boost Fooler is a MUST HAVE PRODUCT! On the 6.7L this product is a MUSY HAVE to go with ANY electronic performance device including the plug in devices!

While programmers can definitely improve performance, there are still things that they cannot do to allow you to gain optimal power and efficiency out of your engine. The Boost Fooler will allow you to increase turbo boost to compensate for the added fueling modifications you have made. Enabling your turbo to produce more boost will increase overall horsepower and torque and you will lower your exhaust temperatures.

The Boost Fooler is even a great enhancement for a stock truck that hauls heavy loads and needs exhaust temperature reduction. Even on a stock truck you can easily gain 5-8psi of boost pressure to help cool your EGTs. You will also see a slight improvement in peak horsepower.

The Quadzilla Boost Fooler uses a specialized high impedance circuit to allow you to make more turbo boost without setting any ECU error codes. The Boost Fooler is 100% weatherproof and designed for simple under-the-hood installation.

So what can you expect?

On any year model Dodge, you will be able to make as much turbo boost as possible with your fueling modifications. It is important to notice that the stock turbos do have some limitations.

If you desire extreme levels of turbo boost, you may need a larger, aftermarket turbocharger. Horsepower gains will vary from 10hp on a stock truck up to 50hp on heavily modified trucks. EGT reductions will vary from 75°F on a stock truck and up to 300°F on heavily modified trucks.

1998.5-2004 5.9L Cummins

On 1998.5-2004 5.9L Cummins you will need to physically modify your wastegate to gain more turbo boost. Doing this without the Boost Fooler will result in check engine lights and codes set into the computer. Stock 98-04 trucks should generate 18-23psi of boost pressure stock (depending on year model). With the Boost Fooler you will be able to run 35+ psi of boost depending on your fueling enhancements.

2004.5-2007 5.9L Cummins “600” and “610” Series Engines

The 2004.5-2007 5.9L Cummins uses an electronic wastegate which is operated off of the MAP sensor. In this instance no modifications to your turbo will be necessary. Stock 04.5-07 trucks typically spike up to 32psi of boost pressure. With the Boost Fooler you will see up to 40psi of boost on a stock truck and up to 48psi of boost on heavily fueled trucks.

2007.5-2009 6.7L Cummins

For the new 6.7L we have yet another new turbo design. This turbo uses electronically controlled vanes inside the turbo to adjust boost levels and allow for quicker spool up and ability to precisely control EGT’s. With the Boost Fooler installed you will see drops of 125 degrees on a stock truck (considerably more on modified trucks), up to 10psi peak boost gain and 6-8 psi sustained boost gain. This is the ONLY product on the market that is plug-and-play. There is no cutting, no splicing and no guessing. Simply plug this device in enjoy it!

What is the Diablosport Trinity?
The DiabloSport Trinity is simply put, one of the most advanced tuning devices in the market. With the capability to tune, log and record data, display and customize virtual gauges, read and clear trouble codes. and even compute multiple track times the DiabloSport Trinity is the answer to all of your EFI tuning needs. Trinity supports all vehicle application under a single part number which means you have the option to tune multiple vehicles with only one Trinity (Only 1 vehicle can be tuned at any given time). With a high resolution color touch screen, state of the art graphics/GUI, and the ability to customize gauge layouts the Trinity enhances the interior of any vehicle. The Trinity also has the capabilty to control/communicate extrenal devices such as the DiabloSport Extreme PowerPuck, DiabloSport EGT Module, and other third party devices

The Trinitys tuning options vary depending on the vehicle that is being tuned. Gasoline powered vehicles feature tunes based on minimum octane ratings while Diesels are based on Horse Power Ratings. By way of example, If you have a 2008 Chrysler 300C your options in the tuning menu might be: 93 Octane Performance tune, 91 Octane Performance Tune, and other CAI tunes; and a 2007 F-350 with a 6.0L PowerStroke might have the options of stock, 40 HP, 65 HP, and 100 HP. (Note:These options may not be the same in all models and can vary based on the current update of the tool). The DiabloSport also supports custom tuning and can hold an additional 5 custom tunes. The Trinity also contains the most adjustable parameters in the market.

With over 100MB of on board memory devoted solely to recording and playing back diagnostic PID/DMR data, it allows users to record hours and hours of continuous data streams directly from the vehicle’s PCM/ECM. The Trinity interprets PID and DMR data received from the OBD-II Diagnostic port on your vehicle and converts it into a readable format: A Virtual Gauge! Individual user customization is one of Trinity’s most recognizable features. With Trinity’s dynamic gauge layout there is literally an infinite number of combinations/customization of gauges to view! Users can even set up gauge alarms and shift points based on precise vehicle data and using the Trinity’s LED lights.

Using parameters such as vehicle speed, peak torque, wheel speed and others, the Trinity is able to accurately compute quarter mile, 1/8 mile or 0-60 and 0-100 time trials. Keep in mind that these numbers may or may not be accurate depending on variables, but they sure are fun to see! The Trinity’s virtual tree allows users to choose to either monitor their reaction time (like the real world) or have the tree start when they press the gas from a stop. There are advantages to both! If you are using reaction time, you will gain experience for the track when launching off the line while the motion start will show you the time less human error. It’s your choice as to which you prefer!
