The track bar, pitman arm and pan hard bar are notorious for coming loose. Inspect these three areas on your truck and re-torque if necessary.

Also you may want to have your diesel mechanic check your ball joints. Worn or damaged ball joints can also be a factor to this dreaded death wobble.
