Features a larger plenum for increased airflow, and smooth radius turns to reduce turbulence and intake pressure losses. BD’s X-Flow Power Intake Elbow unique design positions the fasteners outside of the manifold (instead of through it) to reduce airflow restriction, and one convenient pre-tapped port makes it easy to monitor boost and/or inject nitrous oxide or another power adder. The Bladerunner intake manifold represents the next generation in intake manifold design. The Bladerunner intake manifold uses a unique MDV (Multiple Directional Vane) technology to guide the air through the manifold maximizing air flow. Constructed out of cast A356-T6 aluminum and uses a proprietary internal bolt design to help increase the flow and provide a solid seal void of leaks or deformities. the Bladerunner comes with up to 5 ports for nitrous injections, gauges and other accessories used by hardcore enthusiasts.

Stock intake manifolds have sharp bends and corners. As air flows around these corners, dead air zones are created. These dead air zones choke down the air and restrict airflow to your engine.

Does your Dodge or GM have Manifold Cracks?

OC Diesel has the solution… BD’s Pulse and Full Bore Exhaust Manifolds.

Pulse (Dodge Cummins): Stop exhaust manifold cracks in their tracks with BD’s Pulse Exhaust Manifold. The Pulse is cast of high silicon ductile iron that features expansion joints that allow the manifold to expand and contract without cracking or leaking. The manifolds are “pulse tuned” to assist in combustion chamber evacuation and increased exhaust flow.

The results, quicker turbo spool-up, reduced back pressure, increased power and better fuel economy. Some kits include stainless steel fasteners and washers to prevent lost or loose manifold bolts. BD also has gaskets that are available separate of the manifold.

Full Bore (GM Duramax): The factory driver’s side exhaust manifold is pinched down to allow for steering shaft clearance, which isn’t required. As a result, the factory manifold only flows 80% of the passenger side. With  BD’sFull Bore Exhaust Manifold,it restores exhaust flow balance, improving power and reducing exhaust gas temperature. The Full Bore is made of high-silicon ductile iron that is a direct, bolt-in replacement for the factory manifold and is even drilled and tapped to accept the most popular exhaust gas temperature probes.
