TD-1 Super Diesel Oil (SAE Grades: 15W40)

TD-1 is fortified with oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, high temperature anti-wear additives and foam inhibitors to protect vital parts during long drain service. It is designed to give excellent performance in all 2007 emission compliant engines using ultra low sulfur diesel fuel (ULSD). Meets or exceeds the performance requirements of virtually all diesel and many gasoline engine manufacturers.

SD-5 100 % Synthetic Diesel Motor Oil (SAE Grades: 15W40)

SD-5 is designed to conserve energy and resources by increasing fuel mileage and extending oil drains. SD-5 is formulated using hydro-cracked synthetic base oils along with the chemically balanced MPZ anti-wear package to provide unequalled protection for todays diesel engines. MPZ provides a separating anti-wear barrier to reduce friction and wear while increasing power throughput. The high alkaline reserve (TBN) effectively protects the engine from any corrosive acids that may form.

The low SAPS contained in SF-5 protect your engine from wear even in the presence of soot and other contaminants. SD-5 meets or exceeds the performance requirements of virtually all diesel and many gasoline engine manufacturers.

RTF 100% Synthetic Racing Transmission Fluid (API GL-6)

RTF Racing Transmission Fluid is specifically engineered to reduce fluid drag for increased power efficiency without compromising component durability. It is made from a combination of specially selected 100% synthetic Group IV/V base oils proving superior shear resistance and extreme temperature stability. RTF is specially formulated to exceed the load-carrying and extreme pressure wear protection properties of higher viscosity GL-5 or GL-6 gear oils. Uses:
Recommended for manual transmissions, transaxles and marine outdrive units where an SAE 75W90, 80W90 or 90 is specified. Also replaces SAE motor oil 10W30, 30, 10W40 or 40 where specified for transmissions. Commonly used in circle track (Winston Cup, Busch, modified, stock), road racing, formula, open wheel (Champ Cars, IRL Cars), off road, drag racing, sports compact street and domestic performance street applications. Highly recommended for achieving maximum power efficiency. Excellent for dry sump and fluid drive gear cases.

Diesel’s Blowing White, Blue or Black Smoke

White Smoke

White smoke usually occurs when raw diesel fuel comes through the exhaust unburned and intact. The reason for this could be any of the following:

• Faulty or damaged injectors
• Low cylinder compression
• Worn timing gear or damaged crankshaft cause incorrect injection timing
• Water entering combustion spaces due to bad head gasket or broker cylinder heads or blocks

Black Smoke

Black smoke is the most common and can indicate incomplete combustion of your diesel fuel due to any of the following reasons:

• Worn or dirty injectors
• Over fueling
• Low Cylinder compression
• Bad fuel
• Low or cool operating temperatures
• Carbon build up in combustion and exhaust areas
• Incorrect air-fuel ration
• Bad or faulty turbocharger
• Incorrect timing
• Restricted inductions system
• Or other engine tune factors

The sooner your replace worn or damaged parts or components the less damage will be done on your engine. It is important to keep on top of your diesels maintenance including tunes, valve adjustments and servicing on your air, fuel and oil filters.

Blue Smoke

Blue smoke is usually an indicator of your oil being burnt from the combustion chamber, which can happen from several different ways including:

• Piston ring sticking
• Cylinder glaze
• Worn valve seals or guides
• Wrong grade of oil
• Or other reasons

Blue smoke is often evident at cold starts.
