BD’s double coated Adjustable Track Bar Kit  with Bracket is built from rigid 1 3/8″ DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) seamless heavy wall 0.313″ tubing with formed and precision welded collars that have durable, heavy duty Poly bushings. With the OEM ball joint design, frequent maintenance is required to prevent side-to-side movement of the front axle which can cause wear, hammering, wandering and the dreaded “Death Wobble” – BD’s Track Bar is the perfect solution for steering stability and is a great compliment to BD’s Steering Box Stabilizer. Plus, it is adjustable to accommodate up to 4″ lifts!

Death Wobble or Violant Shaking on Diesel Trucks

Is the front end of your Ford Powerstroke, Dodge Cummins or GM Duramax experiencing violent shaking or/and extreme wobble in the front end of your diesel truck?

There are a few things your may want to have checked out on your diesel truck when this dangerous wobble happens. After installing a lift kit on your diesel truck it is highly recommended to have your truck re-torqued to factory specs after 500 miles and periodically after that. The track bar, pitman arm and pan hard bar are notorious for coming loose. Inspect these three areas on your truck and re-torque if necessary.

Also you may want to have your diesel mechanic check your ball joints. Worn or damaged ball joints can also be a factor to this dreaded death wobble.
