Transfer Flow has designed a fillneck kit for when removing a pickup box on 2003-09 Dodge gas and diesel pickups, and installing a utility bed. Fillneck kits are also available for putting utility bodies on 2007-11 Dodge diesel cab and chassis. Transfer Flow Straight Fillneck Kits come with formed and straight fillnecks and transfer tubes to best fit your application.  These kits are available for the stock OEM tank as well as Transfer Flow replacement tanks, and will fit on standard and dually boxes.

Transfer Flow has introduced larger replacement fuel tank systems for 1987 – 2010 Ford pickups. For 1987 – 1997 Ford pickups with eight foot beds, except standard cab 4x4s, Transfer Flows 40 gallon tank replaces the stock 19 gallon fuel tank. For 1999-2007 Ford crew cab and extended cab pickups with a 6 1/2 foot bed, a 46 gallon replacement fuel tank is available. We offer 47 gallon fuel tank for the 2008 – 2010 model year! For 1999-2007 Ford crew cab and extended cab pickups with an eight foot bed a 57 gallon fuel tank is available, while for the 2008-2010 model year, a 60 gallon fuel tank is available!

The replacement fuel tank systems come with all parts needed for installation, including straps and mounting hardware. The stock in-tank sending unit is re-used with each Transfer Flow fuel tank system. The fuel tanks are made from 12 and 14-gauge aluminized steel for superior rust resistance and strength, and are powder coated black for a durable finish.
